In response to the content of official communication DG-02-2024/LMC/pjdlm dated April 4, 2024, through the Teams platform, Mr. Werner Ovalle Ramírez, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Mr. Leonel Molina Cabrera, General Director of the National Port Commission (CPN) of Guatemala, met virtually with the Executive Director and Directors of COCATRAM; The purpose of the meeting was to have an institutional approach, in terms of collaborative work, to resume Guatemala’s participation in regional forums and networks managed by COCATRAM, as well as to explore new areas of cooperation and coordination for the benefit of the Guatemalan Port System.
The meeting showed the interest and importance of working jointly and in a coordinated manner for the benefit of both institutions, projecting regional integration.
