The National Port Company, from the Corinto Port Administration, presented the Corinto Port Service Window, a procedure to request the booking of attention to be carried out by shipping agents for the planning of berthing of containerized cargo vessels in Nicaragua.
This initiative aims to optimize port operations, which will generate a better and more efficient administration of management time for the attention of ships that regularly or sporadically visit this maritime terminal.
The meeting was attended by the main shipping lines and agencies, which expressed their contributions. As part of the agreements, a commission will be formed by the shipping agencies, the General Directorate of Customs, IPSA, DGTA and the Navy, headed by the EPN, from which the fundamental aspects of this process will be analyzed.
