The Maritime Authorities members of ROCRAM-CA, held a meeting promoted by the consultants Gildardo Alarcon and Enrique Vargas, with the participation of Mr. Carlos Salgado, Head of the Latin America and Caribbean section of the Technical Cooperation Division of the IMO, on the results of the consultancy “Assessment of the support needs for the ratification and implementation of the London Protocol”.
