The Central American Commission for Maritime Transport (COCATRAM) congratulates the national authorities of Guatemala, responsible for the implementation of the Maritime Single Window (VUMAR), which was officially launched by the National Maritime Authority, in a ceremony presided by Brigadier General Carlos Antonio Medina Juarez, Chief of Staff of the National Defense, at the Conference Center of the Ministry of National Defense.
VUMAR is a digital platform that seeks to streamline processes between port authorities, which aims to significantly reduce the management time for vessels docking at the National Port System of Guatemala.
