The Maritime Transport Commission (COCATRAM) and the Directorate General of Maritime Territory and Merchant Marine (DIRECTEMAR), Chile’s maritime authority, have initiated the IMO 1.07 model course on Radar Navigation, Radar Plotting and Harp Use, taught by two instructors from the Directorate General of Maritime Territory and Merchant Marine (DIRECTEMAR), Chile’s maritime authority. The course will end on the 15th of this month and 12 officers of the Guatemalan Navy are participating.
