Virtual Meeting of the Regional Operational Cooperation Network of Maritime Authorities of Central America and the Dominican Republic (ROCRAM-CA) with the International Maritime Organization (IMO), at the request of the Pro Tempore Presidency exercised by El Salvador, to review the scope of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Merchant Marine of the Kingdom of Spain – IMO. The meeting was attended by the Head of the Latin America and Caribbean Section of the IMO Technical Cooperation Division, Mr. Carlos Salgado, the ROCRAM-CA member countries Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Panama and COCATRAM.
